CREEPERS 爬虫店有何优势
付款方式
您目前可以通过银行转帐（招商银行，工商银行，农业银行，建设银行）或者 PayPal 的方式来支付货款。目前我们仅接收人民币转帐。
运输、运费及包装
我们采用 EMS、申通、圆通、智德等快递公司发运包裹。货物发运后，您会收到我们的发货邮件通知，您可以查询我们使用的快递公司，以及追踪代码来查询到货情况。
无论您单次购买多少商品，我们统一按照以下标准来收取运费：
CREEPERS 目前只对中国大陆地区进行定单发运。
我们通常会采用防震薄膜或者 PE 防震隔挡来减少包裹在运输中受到的震动挤压。对于活体，我们亦会根据物种类别进行相应的防震保护措施。您无需为此支付额外费用。
商品质量及退货
我们承诺不向顾客出售任何带有损耗或者瑕疵，过期或者即将过期的商品。我们亦承诺不向顾客出售任何不健康或者身体有残损的活体爬虫。
倘若您对购买的商品不满意，请在收到包裹后的7天内联系（活体为收到包裹后的 48 小时内）CREEPERS 客服并提出退货请求。活体除在运达时死亡或者运达时受伤，否则一律不能退货。非活体商品（除出现质量问题）只有在原包装未拆封并且包装未受损且未受污染的前提下方可退货。你须在 CREEPERS 发出退货通知后的 7 天内将商品寄回。退货所产生的回运运费，需顾客自行承担。
什么是会员积分制度
当会员购买爬虫店任何商品时，每花费人民币1元便能获得1点积分，当累积积分 (1年内) 满2000分时，会员将长期享受9.5折优惠；当累积积分 (1年内) 满5000分时，会员将长期享受8.8折优惠。
会员在每次购买商品后，只需点击系统提供的包裹签收链接便能获得积分。

What Are Our Advantages?
Payment Methods
We accept Bank transfer (through Merchant's Bank, ICBC, Agricutural Bank, Construction Bank）and Paypal. Currently we only accept CNY (We also accept US Dollars through Paypal. Please contact our Customer Service for exchange rate before you make money transfer.)
Shipping, Rates & Packaging
We have all packages delivered through EMS, Shengtong, Yuantong, Zhide and other top domestic carriers . You'll receive our shipping notification (with tracking code) once your order is shipped.
We will only charge you at the following shipping rates regardless of what and how many you buy at each purchase
We currently only ship within Mainland China.
To minimize damage during transit, we use bubble wraps or PE pads for each package we ship, and with no additonal cost to you. For live animals, we'll adopt species-specific meastures to minimize injury.
Goods Quality & Refund
We guarentee that goods sold from CREEPERS are of no defects, nor are they expired or close to be expired. We do not sell any live animals with illness or injuries.
If you are not satisfied with your CREEPERS purchase of a product, please contact our Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product or 48 hours of the receipt of live animals. Live animals may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless the animal is Dead or Injured on Arrival. If the item is returnable (non-live) and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, CREEPERS will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to CREEPERS within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation that shipped with the product.
What are Privilege Points
Privilege Points are calculated based on the total spending of your purchases. 1 Privilege Point equals to 1 RMB. When your accumulated Privilege Points (within 1 year) exceeds 2000 points, you can start to enjoy a 5% discount at each purchase. When it exceeds 5000 points (within 1 year), you can start to enjoy 12% off discount at each purchase.
To earn your Privilege Points, you need to confirm your eceipt of package at each pruchase. Receipt confirmation link will be provided to you through email notification after shipping of goods; it can also be accessed in the order tracking page.
